We had such a great time in Hawaii! The weather was warm and beautiful, the water was perfect and best of all we got to spend time with my sister Erin and her husband Jake. They moved down to Hawaii this last summer to attend BYU-Hawaii and to play on their basketball teams. They were great hosts, and we wish could have stayed just a little longer. But we sure had a fun time in the quick two and half days we were there.

The Laie Temple right there on BYUH campus had its open house while we were there. It was great timing! We were able to go and take a tour and see the whole temple. It was pretty much gutted and totally redone on the inside. The temple grounds are amazing as well, prettiest I have ever seen. I was also surprised at how old this temple is. It was built in 1919, and this will be the 2nd rededication.




































We then met up with my Aunt and Uncle who have lived in Chicago for 14 years. They showed us around the city and took us to the The Bristol, a great restaurant where my uncle works. The decor was great and the food was
