You think I would be more proactive about blogging since I have a baby growing inside of me, but it's just the opposite. I have no motivation. My mom specifically told me to post some pictures. So here you have it.
Dustin's oldest brother and his wife just had a baby, so we drove over to New Jersey to meet the cute little thing.
Grandma with Emma Jo
I just loved holding her all weekend. She is so precious and such a good little baby. It's going to be really fun having baby girls so close in age.
Emma and her momma. After 3 boys this is their first girl, so she sure get lots of attention, as she should.
And here is the latest pregnancy self portrait. 35 1/2 weeks.
I am in the home stretch I guess. I have no more morning sickness at all which is awesome. That ended about 1/2 way through and was replaced by heartburn. yay.
Sleeping is getting more and more challenging, between numerous bathroom breaks, bad allergies, and back aches.
Luckily most days I am able to sleep in, and I take complete advantage of that.
I don't have any real strong cravings, but I can't get enough of cold drinks and juices, and an occasional soft serve ice cream.
My feet and hands are starting to swell much more frequently now, especially after busy work days at the salon.
Because of the swelling I miss wearing my wedding ring. I also miss sleeping on my stomach and back.
I am still trying to keep active with classes at the gym, the treadmill and light weights, walks and yoga.
Dustin and I took some prenatal classes recently which were somewhat educational.
Dustin has put together the car seat, stroller, bouncer seat etc. We only have a few more things to get set up and we will be good to go.
Overall I do not enjoy being pregnant and can't wait for our little girl to get here. But the frequent kicks and wiggles inside me remind me to keep positive through the uncomfortableness and be grateful that I am able to bring a little baby in to this world.
So there you have it, hopefully more frequent posts and pictures to come.

You sound a lot like I did - moving to a new place and expecting your first (a baby girl)and having no motivation to blog. And if you ask me, the best part after having a baby is the length of time you can go before having to go to the bathroom again! Seriously- 3 hours? I'll take it over having to go every 7 minutes!!
I really don't like being pregnant either, but the pay off is good-which is why you are always willing to do it again. And a big belly means no more tummy rolls for a few months! You look great, so happy and excited for you guys!
I am not a lover of pregnancy either...but you look fabulous. It is always fun to see others progress through pregnancy. :-)
The set up and anticipation for baby #1 is the very best. I think it is a fun bonding experience for the soon-to-be parents. Enjoy.
Thanks for coming to see us! I need all of your pictures from the weekend. I was really bad and didn't have my camera out that much. You look fabulous. I can't wait to meet my niece!
What a great post! I am just so excited for you, I can hardly stand it! You are going to be such an incredible mom, she is so lucky to have you and Dustin! The end does get hard, but it is SO worth every bit of the uncomfortable. You are almost there! I cannot wait!!!
Fun pictures! Wish everyone didn't live so far away. You look great. I can't believe your little girl is almost here. So exciting!
You look so great! Time is going to fly now!
