We wanted to get out of town this weekend but with the holiday the flights were packed so we decided to hop in the car and drive somewhere instead (something we haven't done in while!). We had heard how beautiful Destin, Fl is and it's only a four and a half hour drive. So we punched in Destin, Fl in our GPS and headed south. We are so glad we went, and wish we had visited there sooner. We were amazed at how beautiful it was, it felt like we were in Mexico. The sand was white and powdery, the ocean water was clear and green, and the weather was warm sunny and perfect! We LOVED it.

It looks beautiful there! I have never heard of Destin before... We will have to check it out someday. So glad you guys had a good time!
Okay we are so going there. Maybe thanksgiving or Spring break. You should meet up with us!
